Find out how to get to the Refuge of Allos Lake…

The refuge bar restaurant of Allos Lake is located near the village of Allos, in the Verdon valley within the Alpes of Haute Provence region.

Once you reach the village of Allos you have to take the lake road at the entrance of the village .

At the end of the road you will arrive at the parking lot, called “parking du Laus”, then you have a 40 minutes walk to reach the refuge.

 The car park can accommodate 180 vehicles, you need to pay to park there from July 1st to August 31st from 08h30 to 17h – the price was € 7 for cars and € 2 for two-wheeled vehicles in 2014 (access is free for bicycles) – It is also free before 8:30 am and after 5 pm.

 

Access to Allos Lake:

From Nice, take the D602 , N202 and D908 . At the entrance of the village of Allos , turn right on D226 to the parking of the lake.

From Marseille take A7 and A51 exit Digne les Bains. Continue to Digne , then take the N85 . Turn left at Barrême on N202 . Then St. Andre les Alps , continue on the D955 and D908 . To reach the lake see above.
